To rent our facilities, you will need to print, sign and return to the Parish Center our Hold Harmless Agreement before the rental date. Please also review a copy of our Rental Guidelines before your event.
Any parishioner or outside organization renting St. Olaf facilities MUST have special event insurance coverage each time they use the facility. Insurance may be obtained through Catholic Mutual Group. Special event coverage cost is $95 per event. Should the renter not have any other insurance coverage, you may apply for recurring special event coverage. A Special Event Application must be completed and submitted to Catholic Mutual Group for a quote.

Hall & Kitchen Rental
Parishioners (includes limited use of kitchen** - plus own liability insurance):
Limited Use of Kitchen**– Use of sinks, fridge, countertops ARE allowed. Use of dishwasher, plates, glasses, and silverware ARE NOT allowed.
Kitchen Food Preparation – No equipment or kitchen appliances may be taken off premises.
Tables/Chairs – Usage is permitted with facility rental. Any damage to St. Olaf property is the responsibility of the renter to purchase replacements of damaged chairs/tables. St. Olaf does NOT rent out tables/chairs for offsite usage.
