Visit & Respite Care Team

The Visit & Respite Care Team Ministry is a confidential outreach program. It provides parishioners and the greater community of DeForest and East Bristol assistance in their daily lives. Providing help with regular necessities including transportation to and from the individual’s needed destination, home visitation and companionship (shopping, playing cards, visiting), other non-medical needs, as well as Communion taken to the home bound. Other assistance is provided as needed on an individual basis.

All care team leaders are provided training and must pass a background check and driver’s license background check. All assistance is confidential. On-going professional assistance and training is provided by Catholic Charities.
